Qatar Police Clearance Certification Questionnaire
I. INFORMATION NEEDED:
- Full Name
- Purpose of Certification (visa application? or others)
- For submission to what embassy
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Applicants Address
- Employer in Qatar
- Employers Address
- Date of Entry to Qatar
- Date of Exit from Qatar
- Passport Number OLD and New
- Qatar ID Numbers
II. REQUIREMENTS NEEDED AS ATTACHMENT WITH THE INFORMATION:
Please send this details and image of QID, 2x2 Photo, passports, COE, and other pertinent documents to bbossvoyageimmigrationservices@gmail.com for FREE PRE ASSEMENT.
III. REQUIREMENTS THAT WE NEED TO COMPLY FOR APPLYING FOR A QPCC:
1. We need an SPA from you to process your QPCC in Qatar.
We will process the SPA and send to your authorized personnel in Qatar.
Please see or send Bbossvoyage the requirements:
a. Fill up the information needed
b. We have the SPA notarized and authenticated.
c. Send to our Qatar office.
2. Our representatives there will have to have the SPA translated and then authenticated there again.
3. Our representative there will process the QPCC to the MOI with all the pre required requirements not written here.
4. Our representative will then pick up the documents and send the soft copy to us and then send the hard copy eventually.
IV. RATES for applicants without bad or debt records in Qatar:
a. SUPER RUSH - at least 28 days - P - (send an email first for the assessment and the quotation will be send to you)
b. Moderately rush - at least 58 days - P - (send an email first for the assessment and the quotation will be send to you)
c. No rush at all - at least 3 months - starting at P28,000, depending on the assessment (please send an email first for the assessment, after which a quotation will be sent to you)
d. SPECIAL CASES: For those with arrears and or cases, we will need to represent you in court and the institution or we will guide you on how to settle:
Special Cases - at least 6 months - P -(send an email first for the assessment and the quotation will be send to you)
VI. PAYMENT: 50% downpayment as soon as we agree
VII. PROCESS - as soon as the downpayment is received, we process the protocols.
VIII. DELIVERY - as soon as the partial soft copy is available, please pay the full payment and the Qatar office will send the full copy of the QPCC online and then thru courier.
IX. ARRIVAL in the Philippines - it will be sent to your thru courier from Bbossvoyage Immigration Services, along with the official receipts.
