Requirements for Processing Passports - First Timers

Note: Kindly bring photocopies and original copies.

1. PSA Issued Birth Certificates 

     For married women who would like to use husbands' name  - PSA Marriage Certificate

2. Valid Identification, one will do. 

3. Appointment processed online. This is where we assist most especially.
