In DFA, Manila (ASEANA), the passport processing fees are already given before finalizing an appointment or commonly called SLOTS.

This is how it looks (for a special client).

As for the provincial areas, passport processing fees are paid upon arrival once you personally appear for the processing of your passport.

The frontage of the building has an entrance in between Mercury Drug and a CD and others shop and signage of Western Union above the entrance itself.

The name BbossVoyage Travel and Tours was approved only this April 12, 2018 because we lost the name BBOSS Travel and Tours to the company Boss International Corporation whose products are Boss Hugo and others.

BbossVoyage Travel and Tours is a sister company of Basecamp Baguio Outdoors Sales and Services (BBOSS) which service used to service the needs of its clients on travel for their travel needs such as arrangement of their transportation,  accommodation, man power, meals, (logistics). However BBOSS has so much services which also includes sales of rescue, mountaineering gears and management assistant services hence the need to split up.

BbossVoyage Travel and Tours will service from 7:30am to 7Pm, no lunch break to assist on your needs for assistance.

Renewal of Passport Processing 2018

                 First of all, one has to secure an appointment with the Department of Foreign Affairs website at  https://www.passport.gov.ph/appointment

                After securing the online appointment which is very easy if you have no other competitors wanting to be scheduled immediately and if their are hundreds of slots, one gets to prepare the documents that the DFA requires an applicant. 

                 And then --- that is where all the hassle sets in --- making sure that the papers you bring are the right papers and that hoping that you will not go back and forth after a personal appearance is done. 

                Despite of the scrapping of travel agency accreditation with DFA on passport processing, we still have services to do because not everyone has the time to be sitting in front of the computer waiting for a favorable slot for appointment to apply for a passport. 

                This is how the FORM looks like after one will be able to secure a schedule of appointment with the DFA thru online appointment scheduler. 

• You get to get an appointment;

• Then you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and

• then you will be sent a tentative schedule of appointment thru your email address

• and then you CONFIRM it thru your email address by clicking on the button CONFIRM 

• and then you will be given a schedule.

Processing of Passports: Renewal of Green Passports

Requirements:
1. Old Passport and photocopy
2. Two (2) Valid I.D.'s
3. Filled up forms for renewal

Processing:
1. Submit requirements for agency representative to evaluate
2. After positive evaluation  we will schedule you for personal appearance at the Department of Foreign Affairs
3. After personal appearance and accepted by the DFA ; kindly wait for about 40 days processing. The passports will be picked up at the DFA office or at the agency.
